Hello! I am faced with the following problem. I tell you, I speak badly, I speak English badly, so there may be mistakes in the translation.

If we talk about the case, then I have the following problem on the PMC mode, when Octane passes all passes, my Cinem 4D r20 continues to render indefinitely until you turn it off.On the Pathtrecing mode, this does not happen - but it is full of "hot pixels" - small white dots that do not go even 5,000 passes.

I would be grateful for any help.

Hi,
please, post a complete screenshot of Live View and Kernel settings, and go to c4d menu Extensions Console, (Shift+F10), and share a complete screenshot of the panel, thanks.
About Path Tracing, try to reduce the GI Clamp value at 10, to cut off all the caustics.

ciao Beppe
