Hi,
you have selected the Sheen tab, that is a completely different characteristic than Film Layer, please have a look at the manual here:
http://www.aoktar.com/octane/OCTANE%20H ... lated.html
If you double click on material, and use the separated Material Editor window, it is not complete.
Please, edit your materials in Attribute Editor, or in Node Editor:

I also do not see film index and film width in my materials... I only see Film LAYER. How do we get the other two to show up in the options?
Perhaps in this newer version of octane film layer is those two settings combined?
Under materials the only option that shows any additional film settings are under the universal material type, but that is only thin film layer.
Although, in the attributes section i see 'Sheen layer', 'coating layer', and 'thin film layer'. Wondering if those are similar settings but the new options for index and width.

Thank you in advance!!!!

He's saying film index and film width are not present in the material/node editors.
I'm actually here because I'm having the exact same issue. See the screenshot below.

Sorry but I don’t get why you think it is wrong
Those on the left are the names of the channels of the material, not the list of all the available parameters.
Each channel could have several parameters.
Just select the Film Layer to see the specific parameters of that channel.

hey guys,

open the material in the node editor.
there you have the film index and width.

or in the film layer tab:
float = film width
film IOR = film index
