Mojave is not supported by Nvidia at the moment, so there are no CUDA drivers:

If not, please, have a look at this alternative eGPU solution via Thunderbolt port starting from this discussion:
viewtopic.php?f=30&t=62409In this way, you can use the internal GPU for system/monitor/OpenGL, while the external GPU is used only for CUDA rendering, at full power and with all the available VRAM.

I personally work everyday with an iMac 27" 5k with Thunderbolt 3 eGPU 1070, under High Sierra.
