I'm wondering if anyone has a working methodology for using maya scenes as references with Octane shaders applied?
What I see at this moment is that to do your shading on a reference object, you have to add a kernal and environment (at the very least) to make sure that it's all set up correctly. Then you have to REMOVE the kernel and Environment so the object doesn't pollute any downstream scenes with this extra kernel and environment.
Any recommendations will be appreciated.
