Hey im getting up to speed on Octane inside Unity.

Is Octane (Internal Unity) the same as the one internal C4d or Maya?

Im used to working with external renders with high end G.I. and A.O. in VFX. I use Redshift for my light bakes for VR environments. Im wondering if i can get Pre-Rendered G.I. quality inside Internal Octane?

thanks in advance

That's a good question. The integration seems to great. What I see is lack of tutorials and guides to help people get started with it.
Cheers

Hi,
all the integrated plugins are based on the same Octane SDK, so all the features are all available in general , depending from the host app limitations.
In particular, Unity plugin is based on v4, and has special specific options for light baking.
Please, referr to this section of the forum for detailed questions:

At the following link you can find the documentation about this argument:

Happy GPU Rendering,
