License Problem

Hey everybody, so this is second time.. it says could not find required license or your subscription has expired. I unlocked it first time via my otoy's account but now I only have 1 unlock left. Somebody help me...

Hi itsblacq,
the error says that your Standalone license is still active, and since the plugin license always go in combo with Standalone license, you cannot activate the plugin, until Standalone is still active.
Note that yoy can manially deactivate the license, by pressing the Sign-out button in the Account panel.
If you are not able to solve the issue, please send an email to [email protected] with, sharing your Otoy user ID.

I have uninstalled both standalone and plugin few times... Restarted computer few times, nothing worked.

unfortunately, uninstalling does not help, if the licenses are activated.

It is about time to fix this behaviour. Two unlocks wasted in two days and the second one even didn't help. I am whole day unable to render some frames because of this issue. Last time I had subscription I also had to write to support to unlock it for me but it is unacceptable to be constantly this way. When u have a crash (and crashes these days are a lot), when system updates somehow I also get this error.
