Issues with Subscription [resolved]

I purchased a subscription for Octane for C4D on March 9th, but my profile showed no evidence that a purchase was made (nothing in invoices/subscriptions/licenses tabs).

I sent an email to OTOY's help desk, and was told that I would be able to access the plugin once my paypal echeck cleared on March 14th. Sure enough, the check did clear, and the money was drafted from my account, but my OTOY profile still shows nothing about my purchase, nor is there any obvious way to access/download my plugin.

I once again emailed the help desk about this, but so far my latest email has gone ignored. Meanwhile, my next payment is set to draft on April 8th, meaning I'll already be getting less than 3 weeks of access to the the plugin, even though I've paid for a full first month.

Does anyone know how I can get this resolved?


The help desk got back to me and resolved this.
