How to turn off HDRI visibility

Hey guys,

i know this is a newbie question and i believe i've done it before. I have an octane sky with an HDRI image which i want to light my object but i don't want to see the image in the background. Is there a way to turn off the HDRI background but still have it light the scene? I tried to turn off the camera visibility which did nothing. I added a compositing tag and turned off camera visibility there as well but it didn't do anything either. Trying to figure out what it is that i'm missing.

hi, the visibility options you've tried so far just works for geometry. can you try using the 'alpha channel' on the kernel settings?

Thank you. I found this helpful also. Shouldn't something like this be in the User's Manual?
