C4D sub frame motion blur

i am pretty pretty happy with the motion blur!
Just one thing, i am doing a kolibri bird with super high
frequency on the wings. The Frequency is about 10 times
back and forth per second, so in the end you should just see
the same blured Wing every frame with minor changes, and didnt even
recognize the different positions.
But thats not happening at the moment,
am i doin something wrong?
