Hi Goldorak,

Today I did some test panoramic renders for DK2 in octane. I opened the images using an app called 'liveviewrift' on the rift headset. The app showed that my images were 'equirectangular' and 'stereo vision' was off. Question, would I get better depth in DK2 if I render these images using the 'cube map' with 'side by side' setting as explained by you in an earlier post? or is this only supported for the VR headset? Also can you recommend an app for opening these images in the rift headset. The 'liveviewrift' was very temperamental today.

watching static 360 degrees with DK2 is useless. DK2 is ok for 3d scenes generated by Unreal Engine 4.7
360 degrees renders or photos are too sharp, we see clearly the pixel matrix. With full 3d scenes and 2d post effects the low resolution is less visible.
That's why I'm waiting for the Samsung Gear VR except that Oculus doesn't release now Crescent Bay.
