Note: This is probably the wrong place for this post, but for some reason I am unable to post in the official support forum for C4D Octane.
So basically the problem I am having is that, when I start Cinema 4D, Octane tells me about this new update available "Version 4.02.1", but when I go and download it, and install it into my plugins folder, Cinema 4D refuses to start, like it loads and shows the GUI, but has a spinning blue circle, and won't let me click anywhere, task manager says it's not responding. Version 4.01.1 and below works flawlessly with no issues. I tried to troubleshoot, but since Cinema 4D doesn't even start, I can't really do anything.
*It's not that this update is important to me, but I don't want this happening with future updates that enable vectron/spectron.
*I tried version 2018.1 which also resulted in the same issue.
System Specs:
Windows 10, Latest version
GTX 1070 + RTX 2070 (Strange combo I know but it works)

Thanks so much to anyone who can help!

*Edit: If anyone else has this issue, I would update to R20 or atleast completely reinstall your current version of Cinema 4D, it seemed to work for me
