v4 is based on CUDA 10, so you need 2020.2-XB5 based on CUDA 11.1, to have the full RTX 30X0 support:

You also need to upgrade the Nvidia driver to 456.38 or greater, with a clean installation.

There is also a a new cuDNN library that needs to be installed at first start:

No - you should get maintenance (go to buy-Upgrade-> section on shop page) which gets you on to 2020+ at about half off the monthly Enterprise sub price, but with all ent. sub features and extras (all dccs, Embergen Beta, ORC, RNDR, etc.) using your perpetual V4 license.

Hello, I'm about to upgrade my rig. I'm planning to by 4*3080 but I was asking to myself if it would be better to get those 4*3080 or 2 or 3*3090 with nvlink? what's the best for Octane?

for a 4 card configuration,usually you will need a double（slot）width card, but seems there is no such 3080 sold at the moment,only Gigabyte provides 3090 turbo which could be used for a multi GPU workstation...

Yep, I know, it's not my forst 4gpu rig. In fact, I've got a Level20XT case from Thermaltake and 2 of my GPU are "suspended" with risers. Not a problem to get bigger cards, then.

Same here! Luckily i kept one my old 2080Ti´s, so i still have capable hardware to render, but please, fix ASAP!

Same here. New Nvidia Founder RTX 3090 and it's refusing to save out any image - unless i just select save out from the live viewer. Nothing in the render queue works / saves out. RTX isn't enabled and neither is Denoising. Renders perfectly well in the live viewer though.

**edit** I'm a moroon. I had denoiser toggled in the camera tag but miussed it...unticked that and it started saving.**edit**

Has anyone got an idea of when this issue will be addressed??
