I cant download anything from Octane website today - I need a 3dsmax plugin version, but I am stuck on License agreement page - after checking a box, a website reloads and nothing happens. Adblock is off. I can accept and accept and no end in sight. How to download latest standalone/3dsmax version? It blocks my 3dsmax startup every time due new version requirement.

best,

Hi,
please, try to empty the cache of your browser, or try with a different one.

Now, after installing the most recent 2018.1 version from my account download page, I get this message on standalone startup (see picture).
Also, the same goes for 3dsmax plugin - it makes it unable to start 3dsmax without clicking.

I have oldfashioned license (perpetual) purchased few years ago. I totally don't understand what this message window implies. What should I do?

Hi,
you need to install v4, or upgrade your license to Enterprise All-Access to be able to use v2018 and higher, by purchasing the annual maintainance from the following links:
one year 199$
two years 399$

With the annual maintenance you have several advantages like:

- access to multiple DCC plugins from OctaneRender Studio including Maya, AutoCAD, Revit, Houdini, Blender, 3ds Max, After Effects, Nuke, Unity, and soon, Unreal Engine.

- a secondary render slave node for Network rendering, plus access to the ORC cloud rendering service.

- get continuous access to all future updates and new features beyond OctaneRender 4, including NVLink (available in Octane 2018.1 - XB1) and full Vulkan-RTX hardware acceleration on Turing GPUs coming in Octane 2019.
