Im hoping someone can help me figure out how to get a tiled marble wall texture with each tile a little different shade and the grain going in different directions like in the photo.

Hi Dave,
din’t worry, it is less complicated than expected, just copy paste the paths of the textures in the highlighted box, and play with the different settings to add your prefered variation:
