Yes, they are both on the roadmap.

The work on headless rendering started a while ago but unfortunately due to other more popular features that have required our attention first we couldn't do much progress on it lately.

Regarding AMD support, we have our cross compiler working and a modified version of Octane 3.07 running on AMD HW using Bootcamp that has been demoed although it is still something internal. We are collaborating with AMD so they will guarantee future compatibility across all new driver releases. See Goldorak's latest post about this:
