What happened with my specular material?

With octane for Cinema 4d, I have a glass sphere and I put another RED sphere inside it, why does it become BLACK? What can I do to render a realistic glass? Thank you.

Hi nguyentrung13,
which kernel are you using?
the specular material has a special option called Fake shadows, that roughly simplify the traveling of the light inside.

I used the Direct Lighting, can it render real glasses and what should the render settings be?
Another problem is that my PC uses 2 GPU but when I render with octane, one GPU always works more than the other so the render time does not reduce twice less than when I use 1 GPU.
Thanks!

Hi nguyentrung13,
for perfect glass rendering, the best kernel is PMC, then Path Tracing, while DL is not the best, but you can try to increase the Glossynand Specular depth to have a better look, try with 8, 8.
About dual GPU, probably there is an issue with overheating of one GPU, you can use GPU-Z to monitoring the sensors during rendering.

Good rendering. :) But... If you have any incorrect material and you have any image bad rendered then you can contact me. If you like "real life" then I'll teach yourself about material's types and PMC kernel. ;)

NOTE: Various bit wrong specular materials on LiveDB, unfortunately. But I've done almost true specular materials. :)
NOTE: I'm sorry for bad english due to mute ;)
