new fabric material

Hey guys!
I haven't followed the development of octane in a long time. I recently saw one presentation from 2020 that talked about new fabric material. I attached a picture from the presentation.
Is it currently implemented in octane or not?
Perhaps there is a thread about it here somewhere, I unfortunately did not find any mentions.

Hey octanauts, does no one know about this?!
Just tell me if there is something similar in the latest octane build or not, please.
There is nothing about this in the help..

One of many teased features that were never elaborated on, never mind released. This happens constantly with Otoy - they seem to excel at it actually.

One of the reasons I stopped my Octane sub.
