Hello - Does anyone know if there are any site that list preset settings for various materials?
Also do you know what subsuface mode is used, is it diffusion or random walk, or actually is there a way to choose?

Hi,

Probably, but it's so universal that most "PBR" shading content from offline rendering would apply. Think of it as BMX and road bike. Different but same "family" of transportation methods where skills from BMX/MTB could apply to road cycling.
The (as it originate from it)official link from Autodesk
And documentation links:

Random Walk (v1 to my knowledge - at least for now, I presume). Octane's own materials allows to choose any compatible medium, including Random Walk.
