My account is unusable due to the official explanation that my computer needs to be repaired. I need to upload data files after the repair is completed before I can resume use. It has been four days. Now I haven't even fed back any information. My account has been locked and can't be used for more than 11 days. I'm really angry and sad。
我的账户因为官方解释的我电脑需要修复,所以导致账号不可使用,需要修复完毕后上传资料文件才能恢复使用,时间已经过去4天了,现在连一点信息也没有反馈过来,我的账号就这样被锁定无法使用了11天多

Things are as follows:
Yesterday morning, I found that my subscription suddenly became unavailable, but my computer didn't shut down that night. Instead, I was rendering GIF animation project. I quit my account at more than 8 a.m. and then restarted the computer. After logging in again, a prompt "my subscription is unavailable" pops up
So I sent an email to the email provided by OTOY, and I didn't get an official reply until about 12 p.m
I generated a configuration file according to the OTOY System Profiler provided. After feedback, my information will sink into the sea
I waited until more than 1:30 a.m. and couldn't stand it. I went to sleep. When I woke up in the morning, I still didn't receive the relevant reply
I know there should be some time difference between my area and OTOY office, but the efficiency of solving the problem is really too slow
And I really needed octane to work, and all my 3D homework was interrupted
So can you help me solve the problem?
事情如下:
昨天一早我发现我的订阅突然变成不可用状态了,可是明明我那天晚上还在挂着电脑,渲染着一个GIF动画工程,早上8点多我才退出了账号,然后重启了电脑重新登陆,结果发现出问题了
所以我就去给otoy提供的邮箱发送了一份邮件,大概到了晚上12点才得到了官方的回复
我按着提供的OTOY System Profiler生成了一份配置文件反馈过去后,我的信息就石沉大海了
我等到了凌晨1点半多,熬不住了去睡了觉,早上醒来还是没有收到相关的回复..
我知道我所在的地区这边和otoy办公室应该存着一定的时差,可是这个解决问题的效率真的太慢了啊..
而且我真的需要octane进行工作,我所有的三维作业以及被迫中断了
所以请帮帮我解决一下问题可以吗?
