Did anyone get an answer to this? I am an annual subscriber, but my maintenance isn't up for a few months. Does that mean I do not get the extra content?

No we don't. It's only for Subscriptions. Also Greyscalegorilla Plus is a limited time offer redeemable before 12/30.

I sent a support request on this but two days no answer.
Just want to confirm if we can use any of the older versions with a new annual plan. For example for render nodes, where the enterprise has 10x included node licenses. Can we run 10x 2019 versions of render nodes with this? It includes all versions as long as subscription is active?

Yes. You can use whatever version you want. Just go to the download section and download whatever version you need. Although i'm not sure if the newer Ampere cards support versions earlier than 2020.x.

FYI support got back to me late yesterday and early today to help answer my questions. So for anyone still in doubt:

I was told to order a new subscription and cancel the old one because annual subscriptions do auto renew. They actually canceled it for me and I purchased a new one. They also merged my two accounts so the time remaining on the old canceled subscription was added to the new one. To what degree others will be able to do that I’m not sure as I only had a week left for my old subscription.
