Hi, dear developers

Please check this issue.

So, when I export the Ornatrix object from 3ds Max using .orbx and try to render in Octane Standalone - everything works fine.
When I try to do the same with Maya, something goes wrong and I can't figure out what's wrong.
Can you help? =)

Video with a demonstration of 3ds Max and Maya:

Scenes and alembic files are attached...

Thank you and have a great day
Best regards,
Andrew.

Hi Andrew,

Thank you for the post.

It seems ORBX doesn't support Ornatrix scatter atm. Please add the "Mesh from Strand" modifier to convert the strands into mesh!
or please use the Animated ORBX scene instead of ORBX and make sure to select at least one camera from the outliner if you are using Export Selection!

hope you find it useful!

cheers
Kind Regards
