Compositing Tag.

I use this a lot in C4D and am lost without it.

All possible options are in object tag.

Hi Aoktar, would it be possible to add another one big button on the live viewer just like that res-lock icon for temporarily disabling whole scene detection? So I can continue my rendering without mistaking clicking or false response from C4D like moving my mouse around to start the rendering from the beginning, or I can keep tweaking new parameters while rendering the last take, it would be really handy.

Would it be possible to extend the "Render as Hair" Feature for Splines?
As an example, in Arnold you can control the thickness via a graph and modify the interpolation.

You want a graph to control thickness rather than tip/root radius?

Not in all cases extrude or cloth mod with thickness is great.
Would be awesome to have option to set thickness inside material or object tag (with polygon selection).

send to picture viewer

hi,

we have the nice options to save renderings from live viewer-menu by choosing one of the "save as..." options within the menu.
would it be possible to add the option to send the live-viewer image to the picture viewer?

the picture viewer has some nice functionalilty that i would like to use, not only by loading a saved image into the pv but also by just "sending it from live-viewer" to pv.
i know, it's not that much of a deal to save image in lv, go the hd, find the saved rendering and load it into pv.

but if one's doing tens and tens iterations of a render including very small changes - let's say - in lighting intensities it becomes such a redundant workflow.
would be very comfortable to just click an icon and, voilà, the live viewer content is over there in the pv for me to do my comparisons and what not.

thx.

well, after one week i finally found out, that clicking the right mouse button within the live viewer might actually help finding what i'm after: "show in picture viewer".
great.
