Spectral Shift values opposite when rednering. Octane 1.5

Spectral shift renders the opposite values that are seen in the live viewer.

For example, if spectral shifting an image of an Octane Daylight Sun and I have it set to that I see mainly red tones emitting from around the sun in the live viewer windows, when I go to render I will see mainly green tones around the sun. And if I see mainly green colors from around the sun (or any light emitting source) in the live viewer window when I go to render they will be red not green.

Does anyone know why spectral shift settings are different in the render window then they are in the live viewer?

A) WINDOWS 10 1809 HOME
B) 2X NVIDIA (evga) GEFORCE GTX 1080 TIs
C) 64GB RAM
D) NVIDIA STUDIO DRIVER 442.19 RELEASE DATE 02/03/20
E) OCTANE STANDALONE VERSION 2019 1.5 (octane render enterprise)
F) OctaneRender plugin version - 2019 1.5
G) CINEMA 4D R20 .059
H) SPECTRAL SHIFT RENDERS THE OPPOSITE VALUE THAT IS SEEN IN THE LIVE VIEWER.

Please, post a screenshot of the Camera Imager panel, and of the Render Settings Octane Main tab, thanks.
Probably something is not set correctly.
ciao Beppe

Did you try on another scene? If yes please post your scene

Thanks for your fast responses.

Oddly enough that scene seemed to magically fix itself when I reexported. -- Attached is a screenshot of the Camera Imager and the Render Setting Octane Main tab for the project.

Also attached is a new project that I was able to replicate the issue on.

Hi @aoktar,

Just wanted to check and see if the problem also occurred on your end in the scene file I attached.

Thanks for your help.

No, also it's first time for seeing a problem like that since years.

Interesting, okay thanks anyways.

Ill probably just have to do spectral shifting in After Effects in that case.

Could you reproduce the issue on a new scene from scratch? Also what happen if you copy paste all stuff into new scene?

Hi Aoktar,

The scene file I attached replicated the issue for me.

I have also just screen captured the issue in the same file attached.

Here is a link to that screen capture replicating the issue from scratch in a new project.

If I copy/paste the objects and octane camera into a new scene the problem remains.

For now Ill unfortunately have to find a way to reproduce RGB shifting effect in Ae due to my clients schedule.

Hope that helps for future developments.

I cannot repro it. It's like using Linear render buffer in rendering, not a spectral shifting. Maybe a parameter initialization problem with your c4d and plugin. Play with tonemap types in render settings. Also give a try with latest 2020.1 build.
