Blend Material limited to 10?

Hi,

I am working on a pretty involved masking project that uses the blend material to isolate different colors based on an image mask. I have found that when I reach the 11th mask (Material 12) and put an image into it, then the first masked color (Material 2) will disappear. You can see this in the example file by just turning the number of materials from 12 to 11. When you do this you will see the color for material 2 disappear. I assume there is a limit of 10 materials in a blend before this happens? Is there anyway to expand the capabilities of the blend material? It would be really helpful for the job I'm working on.

Thanks!

Does anyone else have this same issue? Is it just a built in limit to the blend material?

It's limited to 10 or 12.

ok, so 10 blends is a design choice? Is there anyway to increase it in a future update?
