Aoktar,
In this release the passes are not saved/exported at the end of the render.
Here is my simple scene in attachement.

I've tested with other scenes where the rendering of the passes worked in RC5 (and not in RC6)

Do I miss something ?

Thank you

How do material preview mode in Live Viewer work?

Also is it possible to enable node sliders or is that feature still to come?

When using the live viwer, click the mouse right b., you will find the option to enable <preview mode>.

Thanks for all the work, Aoktar.
So I had one more time the preview weirdness I told you before. I attach a two gif examples displaying the behavior. Hope it helps.
Cheers

EDIT: this behavior is not exclusive to the BRDF type cycle, it happens with the edit of any parameter of the shaders.

Hi ahmet, thx for your work :)

here are a few things i happen to notice:

- Solo mode doest work correctly for specular type materials. the material just goes black in the LV

- Blend sub materials are missing the useful shortcuts in the emission and medium tabs for creating the appropriate shaders (blackbody, scattering etc...those are very handy :)

- Universal material is missing the coating value slider...would be nice to have that

keep up the good work!

Best,
G
