Hi Ahmet,

thanks a lot for the new plugin! It's work great for me so far, great job!

There's a feature request I have, which is not related to the new version. Would it be possible to have the geometry group node and placement node from Standalone available in the C4D plugin? I know that we can mix displacements with the baking node, but the geometry node is faster and easier to use :)

Out oOf Core Geometry still in development I guess, there isn't under OutOfCore tab.
Looking forward to this implementation.

Not sure I understand. You don't need the V4 standalone (that's available on the OTOY home page) to use this?

First thanks for your comment! But I couldn't understand what you mean on request.

Did you set enough ram for out of core? It should be working...

Sorry if i've overlooked something here, either with Octane or general compositing but I can't get the denoiser to render out the same way as in C4D.

When i render out a sequence it will render out the noisy main pass, not the 'DeMain' pass. So when i render out the 'denoised beauty' pass i thought that would give me essentially the 'Demain', unfortunately it does not. I tried to layer it over the top of the noisy pass by setting the layer to add the effect looks weird. I've attached some screenshots to help illustrate my problem.

Thanks for all your work so far aoktar!

Also, I can't remember me using all this ram.

Hi Ahmet, please have a look at the attached screenshot. There's a geometrey group node that allows to use several displacement maps on one object. Hope that helps!

I am also having this issue and would appreciate any insights.

EDIT: I think I got it. Under Render Settings turn off the "Save beauty" option and make sure denoised beauty is turned on. For me this saves both the Main and DeMain into the render directory. See the screenshot for the settings I used.

Oh wow that was it!!! i had already tried the Denoise Beauty pass but used your settings for Image colour profile and tonemap style, looks perfect now.
