Phoenix splash and foam is treated as static geometry

Hi,
Can you please fix it where phoenix foam and splash is updated during animation while update static geometry is unchecked. Liquid gets treated as movable proxy but particles don't
And the second bug. During rendering the first a c ouple of frames water looks fine but in frame 3 and up not only render time went up by 100% water is now dark. Another octane mystery. I am not even sure how to trouble shoot it.
