No transparency in the shadow with Diffuse kernel

For some reason when using Diffuse kernel you cannot see objects through the glass when they are in the shadow. AO works, pathtracing works. Scene attached

in the example attached you can see an eye behind glass but in the shadow glass casts nontransparent shadow. Alpha shadow is on.

no news; I made the tests and did not go out on this issue.
I made a post in the developers section, but I did not get any answer yet.
I'll keep you up to date.

hi it still looks like it is a bug Could you send this to otoy
In these two images attached diffuse has strange black shadow formed by the glass in front of the eyeball. Even with alpha is on and specular depth at 200. In real life thereshould not be any black shadow from glass liek this. The pathtracing is working fine
