If you've got onboard GPU - try to disable it in bios.

No sorry, I've not integrated Gpu.
I found this in win10 system panel: is it correct??

Quadro k620 (vga cable): slot pci 4 - bus pci 1
TItan X A: slot pci 4 - bus pci 2
titan X B: slot pci 6 - bus pci 4

All slot run 8x and gpu bios monitoring is ok. my mobo is Asus x99-h

Hi,

There are known stability issues that occur when Quadro and Geforce drivers are installed to the same machine. This would go a long way to explaining why they both work fine on their own, but not together. This is a GPU issue and outside our control. There could be some issues to do with the Windows 10 OS as well (NVIDIA drivers will likely continue to have issues on the OS until the retail version is released). It seems far more likely that driver conflicts are the culprit in this case though.

I can install two different drivers (gtx and quadro) or same drivers for both vga.. never change.. crash.

It seems that the issue is to do with the latest CUDA drivers. How far do you need to revert before things start to work for you again?
