Hi
When I have motion blur on nothing happens I always have to check vertex motion blur even for regular animated objects. Is it a bug? I think vertex mb slows down octane more than just object mb

Thanks

You need to have Movable Proxy enabled for objects to move (which would make the object motion blur work). In your screenshots, it is disabled.
