D. Nvidia driver version (i.e. 7.50, 7.5.22)
E. OctaneRender Standalone version, if installed (i.e. 2.24.2, 2.23, etc.)
F. OctaneRender plugin version (i.e. v2.25 - 2.21)
G. Host application version, including build number if available (i.e. 3ds Max 2016 Build 18.0)

Hi is possible to have a button added lock random color texture from changing in the next frame
Itoo forest has an option to show only grass/trees in camera view only to reduce the amount of trees not seen by the camera. But because of this random color is generated every frame making trees change leaf color every frame.
In video you can see grass changing texture seed every frame

"Thanks for reporting the problem. It seems random color texture uses the object's geometry to compute random seeds, so in this case it generates different values because geometry is non-static.

Unfortunately we cannot fix the problem. This is something should be checked by the Otoy team.""

Any progress of fixing Random Color in XREFS and forest. Its hard to call it a feature if it doesnt work with the most basics of the Max systems, ie XREF scene or object :D

For archviz, this mean we have to make all cars, forest objects and people using random colors local in our camera scene, not an ideal workflow when we are doing 5km of detail landscaping.
