Hi,
In "the old time" we can paint map with 3dsmax Viewport Canvas when the mesh have a bitmap node link to filename. Now it is no more the case.

Hi, Paride, no I mean Viewport Canvas. 3dsmax don't allow to paint the map with an octane material ( it works with standard material )

you're right, I guess it could depends on new material converter on fly, in fact vertex paint has some issue too.
I sent my report to devs.

convert selected object doesn't work .... others don't work either... just convert all

- Otoy ist planning some changes how Octane for 3ds max ist organize? It's pretty messed up... gamma, these hdir wieport new function... cmas with FOV instead of mm ...
