Facing the same issue. I opened an old scene which run on V3 fine and tried to render it with this release.
In V4 I was prompted that system ran out of memory, so I tried to use Out of Core feature and received same GPU failure and octane log errors
Cause of that some of my textures are rendering completely black

Hi Paride, where is "save the denoised beauty instead of the main beauty pass" located?

It seems that XB4 opens way slower than XB3 like 5 times slower

Hi Paride, thank you for the reply
I don't know what you meant as a "issa", I've exported this scene to Octane 4 RC1 - and it is rendering fine, using 2.5GB out of core memory
So I think this issue is related to 3Ds Max plugin

Also in SA we have feature called AI Scene, which helps to achieve more smoother viewport performance, if I'm correct
Where this feature is located inside 3ds max? In Kernel and Imager tabs I can find only AI lights, not AI scene. Is it turned on by default or it is not integrated yet?

I'm sorry.. Issa is a forum user reported SA out-of-core creshes issue.
AI Scene is Brigade tech, it is an essential SDK part. Maybe developers could add Ai Scene feedback during scene evaluation

But when i render it now saves 2 files one is denoised another one is not denoised. Anyway to have a checkbox save denosied as a final beauty image ?

thanks Would be nice to add a checkbox somewhere next to the denoiser saying save final image as denosied beauty and not a regular beauty. Most people will want final image as denoised beauty and not just beauty

Denoiser on large images crash Standalone and 3ds Max plugin.
Scene is only 1.5 Gb of VRAM. So how much denoiser need to render 5000x5000 pixel?
Please fix it.

I have problems in using cameras, it seems that now all cameras values look like instancing in the the scene.. anyone? :( it is really annoying as I have 3 cameras with different FOV .. but any change made on one change change the same value on the other ones ????? + I just ha a GPU failure due to NOT ENOUGH MEMORY FOR DENOISE while having 4 Gigabyte free memory left? ( max 2018 )
