Looking for a Modelling Masterclass

I have a Hard Time to model my own Characters. Especialy Quadrupeds.
The Ready meshes i can get for Money or free have all the same Mistake in the Model. The Line between the Chest, Throut and the Head is wrong.
I could buy a Proffesionall Mesh, but i fear that the Mesh has no Morphs. And i need them badly.
I modelled my own Models some Jears ago, but i have forgotten how to manage the Area between Chest and Head.
Either if some one knows a Good Technique or even better a Masterclass for Cinema i would be very Happy.
