Hi,

Is there a way to render only a portion of the render during animation with the frame 1 backgroud ? I guess the backplate option is for that but I cant figure it out. event if I check the alpha and put a backround image (frame 1) the render in the batch rendering only has the rendered region.

Hi,
the Frame Render Region always render black outside the selected region, and you need to mask it in a composition app, over the desired background.
