Hi Anton9Cedu,
you can scatter some billions geometry water drops with specular material on top of the car, or mix the material with the help of good displacement/normal map of water drops... depending on the distance you have to take the shots.
If there should be some good examples on the forum about water drops on a can, it's not so different.
