Hello.
Win and c4d user.

I don't know what to do.
I sent to Octane support that I have problems with octane 3 explaining two basic things
1. I didn't receive invoice.
2. I can't lauch it.
In attachment I added screenshot that I can't launch it (pop up window) and paypal transaction details.

They replied to me some instructions how to disable and enable octane on MAC (I work on windows) but that didn't answer question regarding my invoice.
I explained them that doesn't help me at all. Still having problems. And now it silent for two days.

I bought it on modnay moring and it's friday and I had to install beta version so I could work.
Am I really that stupid and don't understand something and they are just scratching their heads and trying to figure out how to break that down to me?

I want to make sure about few things:
I should be able to see my invoice in invoice folder?

I would be very happy for any kind of help. I don't want to lose my client next week. I know that beta version is valid only this month.

Hi Ojars.Saulitis,
sorry to hear that you have troubles, unfortunately the Otoy NZ office is closed now :(
Anyway, looking at your screenshots, I guess that something went wrong with PayPal, infact in your OctaneLive page, your license is listed as v2.x.
If thing was gone as expected, the licence should be listed as v3 :roll:
This also explains why you are not able to activate a v3 license and why you have not an invoice.
I'm going to forward your request, but my suggestion is to double check with your bank that everything gone well from your side.
I hope that you could have a positive answer on monday.

Finaly! Some custom answer and way faster than support mail.

Yes. I already checked my account and paypal. I can provide with paypal transaction details (that I already did) and information from my account.

I know that paypal works fine and didn't see any kind of bugs while purchasing.
And yes. Hope that on monday will be able to launch it. One week is long enough for buying software online.

Everything is resolved!

Thanks to bepeg4d and Octane support.

I understand that this was rough week for them! but now I am up and running.
I deleted all those screenshots. Doubt that could help someone. Seems like pretty unique issue.
