I'm trying a technique using istance materials (after watching this: http://lesterbanks.com/2014/03/exportin ... ures-modo/) but can't seem to get it to work.
Is it possible to get Modo diffuse texture inputed in Octane Override when they are instanced?
Will try to explain more in detail.
Selecting the mesh and adding a overall/master material and then one material per UV (UDIM) square.
Making instances on the masterlayer and copying them in to the different UV Materials.
The same for the Octane override.
Now to the magic, can Octane pick the added image from the selected UV Material automatically, or do I need to ad them manually?
Would be great or maby there is another feature that does this in a simpler way already?
