Environment Animation script request Tweet

Is there anybody here who can help me writing Lua script rotating spherical environment map on Projection > R.Y. ?
I don't need an interface for it (I can edit script myself), simply roate 1 degree and save in loop until 360 degr. reached.
I will be very grateful
