ORBX.js streaming often suspended

Hi,

I am using the following url to connect with ORBX to amazon instance:

http://aws.otoy.com/?connect=//<myip>:8090/?NOCRYPTO=1;STATUS=1;AUTOLOCK=0;LOGGING=true;WAN=5;WIDTH=1920;HEIGHT=1080;GUID=<myguid>

I have the remote desktop streamed fine, but unfortunately 20-25 seconds after the connection is established the streaming gets suspended and freezes on last displayed frame (or grey screen is presented). What might be the problem and how to make the streaming sessions more robust? My measured download internet connection is 5 Mbps.

Where can I find the log file which according to the doc is created by LOGGING=true (as above)?

Thank you,

Krzysztof

Dear Forum Users,

Is there anyone able to provide a feedback on this issue? That would be very helpful. Is the technology still developed?

After establishing a connection the status line information (as on attached image) is updated constantly but the streamed image is frozen on an image at some point.
