Amazon Linux AMI not working

I've followed the youtube documentation on how to setup the device and I cannot manage to connect to it.
After I write the URL in the browser I get an error message saying the connection has timed out. I'm 100% sure I've opened all the relevant ports.
I tried running: ps -edalf | grep GUID
And no running services were found.
