Black Friday pricing on the subscription upgrade is not working. When you go to buy a license 1, 2 or 3 year it tries to charge you the full price. I will sign for a 3 year subscription if you get this working properly or will reimburse the extra amount charged. Please let me know.


Update 1: it looks like this issue has been corrected and the black Friday pricing is included now. However now PayPal is not working. Not sure if this is a PayPal thing or an Otoy problem. You're making it hard to take my money.


Update 2: Thank you prysm it worked with the credit card through PayPal but not the bank account.

The new prices are a bit confusing. You should do a FAQ.

1. So Octane 3 users get Octane 4 for free but no further updates as of today and no access to all plugins?
2. So Octane 3 get Octane 4 for free but for any update further than that - plus access to all plugins -, we need the "OctaneRender® Enterprise All-Access Annual Extension" for $179 a year?
3. Can I extend the "OctaneRender® Enterprise All-Access Annual Extension" every single year or do I have to buy 3 years now? So 1 year updatee expires on November 21, 2019 but I can still extend it every year with the one-year plan for $179?
4. If I buy the update plan for year on May 1, 2019, will it be valid till May 1, 2010?
4. And why the asymmetric price differences? 1 year is $179, 2 years $418 and 3 years $657? Shouldn't it be like 3 times of 1 year?

I tried using a bank account with PayPal and it wouldn't work, but using a credit card it worked fine. (Don't know if that helps) Have upgraded two licenses this way.

When is the free tier plan will be available?

Nice to see version 4 May I ask where I can find the free 2 GPU version that was talked about in the past? Is it just in Unity?!

Hi, someone can confirme, if i buy a annual subscription for $ 179,00 i will get ‘all you can eat' plugins, starting in Q1 2019, but for now, i will have imediate access to cinema 4d and Houdini? or if i choose cinema4d, its the only i can use in 2018?
