Sure.

Is there a way to save Maya's animated keyframes in to an ORBX format, and then use motion blur etc. in Standalone?

If you can export the alembic file, it should work

As far as I can make out, the alembic file does not export the shaders from maya.

I have a scene set up with a fair few shaders, so would like to be able to take this in to Standalone without having to set these up again.

hi, is there a particular feature you are waiting for in Octane?
the demo versions are based only on current stable releases (e.g. v1.55, v2.06). A demo might not be released based on v2.10 because it is a development build meant for testing by octane users.
for new users, the current stable release (v1.55 or v2.06) is recommended as development towards a stable release (after v2.06) is still in progress.

hi, there's no demo of v2.1, it's part of the development builds that has to graduate to a stable version before a demo can be released.

I am currently using Ver. 1.53. Am I not eligible for an upgrade to 2.1?

All 1.x licenses are eligible for upgrades to 2.x from this page (requires you to login with your customer area details): http://render.otoy.com/account/upgrade_license.php
If you are running a plugin, then you need to upgrade both standalone and plugin licenses.

Ver 2.0 is a paid upgrade. it will give you access to all of the 2.x releases.
