I purchased a DAZ3D plugin and upgraded my Octane license to 2.0 as soon as it was released, but I can't use the free plugin upgrade because there have not been any upgrades to the Daz plugin past the current 1.2 version. Is there a way to purchase some kind of voucher that will secure an upgrade to 2.0 plugin status when it comes out? I know that the developer of the plugin has been working diligently on making the plugin 2.0 ready, but I would not like to miss out on the promotion when I followed the rules and have been waiting patiently for a new release.

Yup, if you have an existing v1.x plugin under your account and you've upgraded the standalone edition to v2.x within this promo period, then a 'free plugin upgrade voucher' would have been generated upon the standalone upgrade and this voucher is stored against your account. There is no other way to get a voucher except through this promo.

When the plugin's v2.x version becomes available, the voucher can be used to upgrade your existing v1.x plugin license to v2.x, means you get to upgrade your the plugin for free.

I have a Blender plugin, its 1.2v, i have Standalone v2, and Sketchup Plugin V2, but i cant get the upgrade option to the Blender Version. How can i do that?

If I just bought the 1.x DAZ Studio plugin, how long before it appears on the upgrade to 2.0 page with the Standalone licenses? I would like to take advantage of the free upgrade voucher before the promo ends. Also, in what time zone (and at what time) does the promotion end on the 11th? Thanks.

Please keep in mind that there is no update for Octane Render for Daz Studio yet, so this is not fair! Please give us the same conditions as you gave for the others... a free update for Daz Studio plugin.

See the response by abreukers above - when the DS plug-in upgrade becomes available you (and I!) will get it free (assuming you have upgraded your standalone license within the 'agreed timeline').

hi resmas, One voucher is generated for upgrading one v1.x standalone (provided that there is also one existing v1.x plugin in the account). If you have only one standalone and two v1.x plugins, then only one of either of those plugins will be eligible. I'm afraid the other one has to be upgraded the normal way.

hi supercope, if you check your latest invoice, so far a voucher was not reserved for the daz license because when you upgraded the standalone you've chosen to apply the free upgrade to your poser license.

the promo ends at midday pacific time, so make sure you guys are in by 12pm PDT.

that's right. free, through a voucher stored against your account only if the standalone was upgraded within the promo period. actually, the voucher can be used to upgrade any v1.x plugin existing under your account, if you have more than one it's up to you to not use it and just reserve it for the Daz one.
