OTOY’s acclaimed student licensing program now includes the OctaneRender™ for Revit® plugin.

The renowned 3D rendering software, OctaneRender™, along with OctaneRender™ plugins for Blender™ and Autodesk's 3ds MAX®, Maya®, and Revit® are now free for students registered in the student program using an .edu email address, or an email address from a qualifying tertiary institution.

Students can download OctaneRender™ for Revit® for free now at http://render.otoy.com/shop/.

can I get a student license?...If I have a standard standalone and max licenses before?

Yes, the criteria for getting student licenses is that you have a valid educational email address. You can either register a new customer account with your .edu email address or change your existing account's email address to your .edu one. If you do not have a .edu (or other domain we can verify) email address you will not be able to get a student license.

sorry.... if this sound like a dumb question...I´m very happy with max plugin...but here(in my country) we have, foreign currency limitations(300usd/year)for shopping in internet...and i use all my limit in octane...
