I was hoping someone could help me out with finding the link to the new release. This has been a bit confusing in the past as well.

I have my user account set up and everything is active so far as I know. Others have mentioned something about a notice in there inbox about knew releases. Where is that found? I was logged on and viewed the commercial software forum and was not able to find a link to V5.

it's explained in a few posts above in this thread, the customer only forums.

I have exactly the same problem and it's now 4 days i cant download the copy of the software.

there is no 'release candidates' thus no 'licensed customer forum group' when i go to forum logged as customer
(yes if i have logged in as customer, btw i can see my activations codes in OctaneliveAccount of customer area)
I think something is wrong with my account...

can you please help me?

Hi.

Refractive handles purchases manually, and currently they have a lot of purchases. In addition they are moving to a new office, so all this results in a lag in activation of new licenses. Please, be patient a little more, I'm sure they will get to you soon. When you will be registered as a licensed user (you are currently not, even if you are able to acces your account on the site), you'll be able to download the latest release from the "Commercial Product News & Releases" forum, that will become accessible.
