I dont think they have processed your license yet.
Your nic name isnt showing as a licensed customer.
They do the 'paperwork' manually at the moment.
Things are complicated by the fact they have sold quite a few licenses lately and they are in the midst of moving offices.
Right now its also their night time.
Just give them a couple of days to get it sorted out.
I appreciate you are keen to get started.

PS you can download the latest beta from the Release candidate forum when you have full forum access.

EDIT: I see your nic is now (some hours later) showing as licensed so give it another try.

and now here is tuesday, and i still cant get my lincese, adn no answer from refractive software, i have this project and i need to work right away!, olease refractive, some answer please??, i can´t get in my octane live account!

Hi all,

Please check your spam folders as the new auto-reply system seems to get license activation mails tagged as spam.
We activate accounts for purchases and have automated the replies as we're moving our office.

If you have not received the instruction mail, the same one can be found and printed/saved here: viewtopic.php?f=7&t=4055, or just send us an email and you should get one too (license@ or sales@ email adresses)

If your forum username is purple, you're activated and you can get started with beta 2.3 v5 or request a key for the stable 2.2b, but it does not have much of the new feats in beta 2.3.
