3dsmax design 2014, when click to place it in active slot, just crash max....

I'm able to use these textures in the standalone Octane renderer and I think they are great, but most of the time I use the DAZ3D plugin and while these textures are listed, I seem to be unable to apply them to any meshes is the DAZ3D interface. There are plenty of materials I can use in LiveDB, just not these new OTOY Textures.

Any guidance would be appreciated, thank you.

i'm Infinity Brain
i have problem with my NEW plug-in Octane
usually i bought it and he working now
*THE BIG Problem* Is the plugin Doesn't Run when i open ( Live DB ) it still all time
i ask many people on Facebook all people said Turn of Firewall and Antiviros

and i do what people said but it doesn't works
PLEASE Help Me

Hi, the LiveDB is only accessible from inside licensed Octane application. If you have bought the license and still have trouble accessing the LiveDB, please contact [email protected] or go here: https://home.otoy.com/get-support/
send some screenshots if possible. you'll need to let them know your details and details about your license so it can be checked more thoroughly.
