Hi all,

As the OctaneRender for Cinema 4D integrated plug-in is nearing beta phase and will be released in a few weeks as an ongoing beta-program product,
we would like to set up a small group of 5 experienced Cinema 4D users to help us test the new plugin product before we release it.

Please see this thread for more details on the progress of the Cinema4D plugin which includes screenshots and videos: viewtopic.php?f=7&t=25882

We need 5 people who own a copy of Cinema 4D R13 or R14, currently for Windows platforms only, and who are experienced with its use, as well as being
experienced OctaneRender users. These people will need to be established/familiar forum users from our community and will have to sign a non-disclosure
agreement prior to becoming part of the beta group.

If you think you have what it takes, and would like to participate, please reply to this thread and introduce yourself and your experience with Cinema 4D
and OctaneRender Standalone.

We will pick the 5 participants once we have enough applicants. In return for your help in testing the new product, you will receive a free copy/license
of it, which you can keep when the beta testing period is over.

Cheers,

the OctaneRender team

Hi-
I would KILL to test the new Cinema Octane plugin. I think I'm very well qualified. My studio and I have been a beta site for Maxon for over 12 years now. I have a studio of 7 artists exclusively using Cinema and now Octane for rendering. I'm SO into Octane now I'm gutting all our machines and putting in 1500 watt power supplies and 2-4 GTX 680's just to power Octane.

I've been a long user of Vray within Cinema but since doing a few job with Octane I don't think I'll be going back. I LOVE this new software.

Take a look through our site to give you some idea of the work we do.

Thanks for your consideration.

Alec

hi, i'm an architect and I've 15 years of experience with Cinema 4D since R5.2 to R14, I've wrote a manual called "Cinema 4D per l'architettura" and from 2010 my only render engine is Octane Render.
I work as freelance in static and animated rendering production, here you can see some of my personal projects rendered with octane:

I'll really love to become a beta tester of the integrated plugin, i'm waiting for this for more than two years :D

Hey,

i studying Architecture. Besides of this im Working in a Office for 3D and 2D Animations and Stills.
Since ca. 5 years we are working a lot with Cinema4D incl. Vray. Since about one one a half year we are thinking about buying completely new Rendermachines.
We didnt started that, because we are still waiting for a FAST renderer to use. Octane would be a great solution for us:
1. There is (nearly) no Unbiased GPU renderer out there for CInema4D --> so it would be a lot faster to render...
2. The Renderer itself is affordable! (which is one of the main points for a little studio where im working)
3. We are looking for a Renderer wich is integrated into C4D. - We do not want to change our Workflow (or do not want to change it completely ;) )

I would be happy to help you with Octane for Cinema4D!

Just leave me a message!

Thanks,

Pfannkuchen

PS: im from germany.. ...so sorry for my bad english ;)

Ready to test the integration of Octane in combat.
Observe the development of the first days of Octane.
I have good experience in the creation of complex materials.

Anyway, I am glad that the beta testing will begin soon!

I use C4D for many years now (until R9),so I would be happy to test this new workflow.

I own C4D R14 and Octane standalone, my hardware is maybe not very powerfull (Q6600 8Gb and a 460GTX).

Hope I could help...
