Kind regards

Unless they do something different than with the other plugins, you need the standalone AND the plugin to make it work.

this is somthing really good... today I'm a blender user and i found cycles great, but i still like octane a lot too. The only problem was to export every time...!

I know a few have already asked for a release date, but I was wondering if there is going to be a beta to test this thing out? I mean I'm most likely going to buy this (bye money!) but I would like to test it out before hand. And if there is going to be a beta is it going to be held within 3 months or is more likely to be a longer wait? I'm talking very general here so no one can hold this against you if there isn't a beta before 3 months :P

This is awesome,
Is this incorporating yoyoz's script + otoys flavor? or based on new work from raytracey?

Did I miss it somewhere in this thread? or is the plugin live, posted somewhere else?
Sign me up if you need a beta tester :)

Cheers,
~Tung

Hi Jimstar,

thanks for working on this! It looks like
you have even more functions than the Octane gui?

Will we still be able to access the Live DB materials or can they be saved
, then used on the Blender side?

Ocs files will not be necessary with this plugin?

It will be great to have access to keyframes and the timeline now.
Also, it will decrease render times by not having to export the scene to Octane each frame?
3-4x faster? More or less?

Great job. :)
